1. Use of YouTube API Services

theatre.works uses YouTube API Services to display videos from our official YouTube channel on the site. By using theatre.works, you acknowledge and agree that YouTube's Terms of Service (available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and Google's Privacy Policy (available at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy) apply to your use of any YouTube-provided content or functionality on this site, including embedded video players.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide directly. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. When you purchase products, our commerce partner collects the information needed to fulfill your order (name, shipping address, payment details handled by the payment processor).
• API Data from YouTube. To render our Videos section, our servers fetch public metadata from YouTube for videos on our official channel — including video IDs, titles, descriptions, publish dates, and thumbnail URLs. This data is transient; it is requested at page load time, rendered to the page, and not persisted by our servers or on your device beyond the current browser session.
• Device and usage information. When you use an embedded YouTube player on the site, YouTube and Google may collect information about your device and interactions with the player (e.g., plays, pauses, watch duration). This collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Local storage and cookies. We and our integrated services use cookies, localStorage, and similar browser technologies — see section 5.

theatre.works is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
