These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theatre.works (the "Site") operated by THEATRE ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of YouTube API Services

The Site uses YouTube API Services to display videos from our official YouTube channel. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. You also acknowledge that Google's Privacy Policy, available at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy, applies to YouTube-provided content and functionality on the Site.

2. Eligibility

You agree not to:

All content on the Site — including the THEATRE name, logo, product imagery, music, designs, and text — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Videos displayed through the embedded YouTube player remain the property of their respective rights holders and are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.

5. Purchases

Products sold through the Site are subject to availability and the policies of our commerce partner. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

6. Third-Party Services

The Site integrates third-party services, including YouTube (for video playback), Ecwid (for e-commerce), and our newsletter platform. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
